During this pandemic we are seeing that parcel being sent out are taking a little longer then usual. Which is causing a lot of panic and distress so we are here to help answer so of those frequently asked questions about our service during this time.
My Parcel Has Not Turned Up ????- Firstly has your order taken longer then 15 days as even tho it may have been sent first class SOME items can take up to 15 days to arrive or be returned to us.
My Parcel Still Not Here After 15 days???? – We Will Re-send parcel and create a claim with Royal Mail (They may ask you to clarify themselves)
My parcel has Arrived Damaged / Partially Opened and contents missing???? –
If your parcel arrives DAMAGED or Contents Missing with clear signs of tampering (i.e tear holes , access points) Please Contact us right away and send us evidence of Damage or Tampering we will send replacements out right away.
Do you have TRACKING for my parcel??-
If you have selected Standard Delivery then you are only provided with PROOF OF POSTAGE NUMBER. This is a number that allows you to see when & where the parcel has been posted from. But will not update until there has been a attempted delivery or has been signed for and collected.
