Returns policy

Returns

Any item that has not been used and/or wrongly ordered will be fully refundable once returned with in 30 days of the purchase.

Items must be sent back with proof of purchase from Stoners Shack Limited, failing to do this may result in the item being non-refundable. Once the item has been received with receipt, we will proceed with the returns process.

Faulty

If the item has arrived with any faults, please send us pictures of the faulty item to start the returns policy. You will be entitled to an exchange or credit to spend on something else.
